\xe3\x83\xbbTo create branding and design menus of company products in line with company strategies direction to meet company\'s objectives.\xe3\x83\xbbTo develop new customers with Sales and Marketing Team for business expansion.
Specialty on Chinese and Malay cuisine\xe3\x83\xbbCommunication skills (explaining internally & externally about the product and menu)
Planning skill for the cooking demo and menu creation.\xe3\x83\xbbTo support sales and marketing team, design and construct menus and create new recipes to promote brand awareness.\xe3\x83\xbbTo provide product training to internal team and external interest parties upon instruction from superior.\xe3\x83\xbbTo provide ideas and suggestion in new product development.\xe3\x83\xbbTo conduct culinary workshop for distributors, wholesalers, culinary school and events upon instruction from superior.\xe3\x83\xbbSupport planning, organizing and implementing the sampling & roadshow cooking demo.\xe3\x83\xbbProvide the idea to ensure profit maximization.\xe3\x83\xbbSupport sales team for business expansion to ensure sales target is achieved.\xe3\x83\xbbMaintain kitchen hygiene and safety.\xe3\x83\xbbPlan and share the idea of the collaboration event activity with other company.\xe3\x83\xbbBuilding relationship with new customers.\xe3\x83\xbbProvide services to existing customers by visit, sharing ideas, menu and new products for sales growth with Sales and Marketing team upon instruction from superior.\xe3\x83\xbbCosting sharing according to the menu proposal for customer.
Salary 3500~4500 (RM)

Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Knowledge about food commodities food safety and sanitation, food handing control.\xe2\x9c\x93Planning skill for the cooking demo and menu creation\xe2\x9c\x93Creative\xe2\x9c\x93Driving license,\xe2\x9c\x93Logical thinking Skill,\xe2\x9c\x93Communication Skill (phone, email),\xe2\x9c\x93Negotiation Skill,\xe2\x9c\x93Problem solving Skill,\xe2\x9c\x93Basic computer Skill (Word, Excel, Power Point)\xe2\x9c\x93Language: English (business), Malay(Business), Chinese (Business).\xe2\x9c\x93Min 2 years working experience as chef,\xe2\x9c\x93Experience in FMCG will be an added advantage.\xe2\x9c\x93Knowledge about food commodities food safety and sanitation, food handing control.
