Job Description


Job Summary:Ensure collating feedback / information from branches on time, as well as generating standard reports etc. Support the execution of clients\' business plans and trade marketing strategies for product groups to achieve overall sales targets.Job Responsibilities:

  • Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
  • Monitor and track oversea shipment status
  • Manage trade deal and discount maintenance
  • Coordinate and communicate all planned activities to all operational departments and Business Units
  • Liaise with client\'s marketing team to coordinate promotional material deliveries
  • Liaise and communicate with client\'s marketing team to ensure all marketing activities been update accordingly to DKSH team.
  • Coordination of sample/foc withdrawal from warehouse to pre-planned destination.
  • Follow up on invoices, goods receiving and payment.
  • Monitoring on stock balance, near expiry stocks clearance, high stock holding
  • Proactively creates and maintains effective workflow and communications to accomplish the work of the product team which includes the handling of a variety of projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Working closely with sales team on PPF for client\'s approval (Exceedra process flow)
  • Monitor, check supporting documents and match complete claim submission in Exceedra on daily basis
  • Organizes and schedules meetings, including contacting participants, booking meeting rooms when required.
  • Verify monthly write off via online & follow up when necessary
  • Coordinate with different personnel from different department to meet the requirements of whole business operation
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Possess strong organization skill / interpersonal/ negotiation skills
  • 1 - 2 years working experience in Marketing / FMCG environment.
  • Able to work independently
  • Willing to learn
  • Resourceful and will take initiative to look for solution
  • Must know Microsoft Office, especially excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table)
  • Open for contract role for 3 to 6 months
