To work with Asset Replacement Plan (ARP) Project team in ensuring project planning and projects chedule are prepared, manage and monitor according to the project requirement and timelines towards the successful project implementation, execution and completion.
Essential Position Functions
To provide information and assistant to Project Control Manager, Design and Project Management Team on Project planning of project schedules and control.
Be part of coordination team in doing the planning and scheduling related matters with internal stakeholders and client using the BIM, PIM or other Project Management Tools.
To actively involve in the establishement and managing a Common Data Environment platform including processes and procedures to enable reliable information exchange.
Developing and generating complete projects schedules, 3 months look ahead schedules and short-termprograms.
Reviewing the weekly and monthly progress reports related to planning and programme by Contractor (Progress updates, Manpower Histogram updates and S-Curves updates).
Set priorities and monitor schedule progress, identifying bottlenecks and taking the initiative to find the right (multi-disciplinary) solutions.
Keeping stakeholders informed of the project timelines and deadlines.
Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records.
To ensure integrity and security standards in compliance with the Employer\'s Information Requirement.
Other relevant tasks as and when required.

Advanced PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
Advance Building Information Management (BIM), Project Information Management (PIM) & Microsoft Project knowledge and interest in working with Construction Technology is an added advantage.

More than 2 years\' experience in Quality Management/Project Management/Document Management in Executive Role
