Job Description

• Assist with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, SOPs, and company policies.
• Schedule and organize compliance programs and training to build legal awareness across the company.
• Conduct compliance checks to ensure adherence to internal policies and SOPs.
• Manage legal and secretarial documentation for overseas subsidiaries.
• Identify and mitigate potential legal and compliance risks.
• Summarize contracts, highlighting key points and potential risks for better business decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of legal experience, ideally in a legal firm or an in-house legal department.
• A solid understanding of company, commercial, and civil procedures.
• Bonus points for experience in building and construction projects with knowledge of industry-standard contracts (e.g., PAM, IEM, FIDIC).
• Strong attention to detail, especially in contract preparation and review.
