Closing Date: 28 March 2024KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensure administration of benefit-in-kind and perquisite are managed in efficient, accurate and timely manner.
• Administer and liaise with the Special Recognition Award (SRA) Secretariat to ensure that payment of SRA is accurate and in a timely manner.
• Provide support for HR Systems (EC Payroll and Compensation modules) including troubleshooting issues logged and ensure response to affected users in a timely and professional manner.
• Preparation of yearly Remuneration Statement (Form EA) for staffs of Sarawak Energy Group of companies.
• Monitor corporate salary budget and utilization for monthly reporting to Finance.
• Periodic review of current state payroll processes and propose improvement to ensure compliance with prevailing statutory requirements.
• Prepare ad hoc sustainability, financial and operational reporting as required.
• Liaise with the external and statutory bodies pertaining to payroll administration when required.

• Demonstrate good problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks while working independently.
• Proactive, responsible, sharp attention to detail and great understanding of the concept of confidentiality.
• Well verse in Sarawak Labour Ordinance and statutory government regulations.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Human Resource, Management, or related discipline (recognized by Malaysia Education Department) with minimum of 6 - 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Human Resources.

Preference will be given to internal candidate.
