Job Summary
Responsible for pre and post contract management, monitoring materials and construction cost, procurement, site valuation, variation order and final accounts.
Responsible for project coordination and monitor site progress.
Responsible for preparation of contract documents, progress claim against clients and sub-contractors.
To handle costing for each project and liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers in costing matters
To handle tender process such as invitation, submission, comparison, interview and report.
Issue LA, PO and WO to successful tenderer and prepare pricing database and project documentation.
Prepare sub-con/supplier valuation report after completion of project
To liaise with client / designer regarding discrepancies of work and take responsibilities of the Quality Control.
Brief sub-contractor on their scope and location of their works and check work constructed according to drawings, specification and schedule.
Coordinate sub contractors' work and monitor site progress and to ensure timely delivery of work by sub-contractor
To perform any other job duties as required from time to time.
Job Specifications
At least Diploma or Bachelor's in Quantity Surveyor, Architecture or any other related industry
At least 5 years working experience in related field is required
Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia
With experience in Interior Design or Interior Fit-Out industry is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
