Job Description


  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Conveyancing Clerk or related legal support role
  • Minimum SPM, Diploma/Degree (Preferred)
  • Knowledge in conveyancing matters
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software programs
  • Can speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Must be able to prepare and attend to legal documents relating to conveyancing.
  • Must be able to handle sub sale, discharge and other conveyancing matters.
  • Must be able to liaise with clients, developers, bankers, and various government bodies.
