This position is responsible to support the superior and top management members to plan and coordinate company works, preparing management report and other related tasks as follows: -Provide financial and management information, reports, analyst and financial advice and support on timely manner to management for decision making -Plan and manage on matters related to management planning, budgetary control system, financial forecasts and cash flow forecasts -Review and control capital expenditure of the company -Review the forex planning and hedging -Oversee the fixed assets section matters -Assist to prepare of the business plan and budget and monitoring of the Company performance -Assisting the compliance for the secretary, audit and tax compliance of the statutory bodies -Ensure internal control complied as per Company Procedure -To prepare general management reports as requested by top management for headquarters and share holders -Create strong working relationship with other department or section and liaise with them on corporate planning matter as required by the top management -Prepare for materials and provide Secretariat support for key management meetings, including quarterly Board of Directors meeting -To assist in preparation of KPIs and financial statistics as required -To assist in company insurance claims by establish relevant facts, evaluate causation and damage (including reinstatement/rehabilitation), advise policy coverage issues -To prepare insurance claim reports and compliance documentation in an accurate and timely manner -To update the claim management system (if required) -Respond to queries from company, local authorities, intermediaries insured policyholders, legal team and third parties with a sense of urgency -To liaise and coordinate with headquarters on the required information\xe2\x80\x99s -To prepare and analysis reports on company\xe2\x80\x99s operations on regular basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) and also the ad-hoc report (as and when requested) -To carry out other related task as and when instructed by the top management -To prepare general management reports as requested by top management for headquarter and share holders -Adhere to safety rules and procedures. Encourage peer and team member to adopt the established safety code, practices and regulatory requirements. Job Requirement -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ ACCA or equivalent. - At least 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience finance and reporting -Advance in Microsoft Excel and good reporting skills -Good in analysing the business financial position, financial performance, and cash flow requirements & financial sustainability. -Possess a good leadership as well as team player. -Meticulous, proactive and a commitment to perform well and grow with company. -High integrity, independent, mature and capable - Candidates with manufacturing experiences will have an added advantage. -Advanced in Microsoft Excel skills. Experience in ERP system is added advantage.

We just started our commercial operation as the 1st manufacturer of Synthetic Rubber (butadiene rubber) in Malaysia.
