Responsible to drive and coordinate the implementation of the credit control policy for insurance group business of Etiqa General Insurance Berhad. Responsible to lead and manage the operations and administration of the credit control department of Etiqa General Insurance Berhad in accordance with the Group policies and procedures. Manage and monitor outstanding trade receivable accounts and to ensure that extensive follow through outstanding that has past due CBC and PWE to avoid the outstanding from spilling to the next ageing bucket. To assist Head of Credit Control & Commission Services in decision making with action steps to be taken when account aged or the payment trend is out of pattern in order to minimize our losses. Ensure compliance with credit control policy, legislative guidelines, and established procedures and processes, thus meeting internal and external audit and regulatory requirements, as well as industry best practices. Review and coordinate collection of outstanding premiums to minimize provision for bad and doubtful debts for all sales channels in ensuring that the Group\'s profit and targets are achieved. Supervise direct reports in their routine works and guide them in managing their performance by providing appropriate feedback and counseling. What we are looking for Degree in Accounting or Finance or sufficient years of working experience in similar capacity. Minimum 3 years working experience. Credit Control field will be an extra advantage. Able to work independently, resourceful and has the initiative for improvements Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines. Ensure internal / external customer satisfaction, that deal directly with Etiqa. Strengthen working relationship with all related parties Execute Credit Control policy and ensure its compliance with BNM, PIAM and other authority o achieve) and strong team player. Pro-active, analytical and resourceful in carrying out the job to achieve objectives.
