Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in railway, airline, or hospitality sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in start-up or operations transition is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee customer service activities at stations and ticketing counters.
  • Ensure timely handling of passenger inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
  • Coordinate with station staff and train crew to deliver excellent service quality.
  • Monitor service performance indicators and assist in training programs.
  • Embed safety and service compliance in all customer interactions.
