Senior Executive - Digital Innovation and Database is responsible for configuring and managing digital systems to meet project and corporate requirements, driving QSHE digital transformation through innovative solutions. This role involves delivering user training, identifying system enhancement opportunities, and generating data-driven dashboards and reports for management insights. The position ensures compliance with QSHE standards, supports continuous improvement of digital processes, and maintains data integrity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
To configure and customize digital systems to align with the specific needs of each business unit, project requirements, and HQ standards, ensuring seamless integration and usability across all operational levels.
To plan, develop, and deliver training programs to support system users across business units and project sites, ensuring effective utilization of digital tools and providing ongoing support for troubleshooting and user inquiries.
To identify and evaluate opportunities to expand the functionality of digital systems to enhance operational efficiencies and streamline QSHE processes across the organization.
To conduct research on emerging digital innovations, latest trends, and advancements to propose impactful solutions aimed at transforming and digitizing QSHE processes, supporting a forward-looking approach to system management.
To generate comprehensive QSHE dashboards and reports, tailored for top management, to provide clear, data-driven insights that facilitate effective decision-making and strategy alignment.
To assist in overseeing digital system processes and procedures, validating adherence to established standards, and advising relevant teams on resolving any identified non-compliance issues.
To continuously analyze new features within digital systems, evaluating their relevance to organizational processes and coordinating their implementation to enhance business workflows and performance.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any engineering field. Any other relevant qualifications can still be considered.
At least 5 years of experience in digital improvement in any industry/field.
Experience with configuration, customization, and maintaining digital systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and effective integration across diverse project sites and HQ.
Experience with implementing Field Management Solutions (e.g., Autodesk Docs and Build) is an advantage.
Experience with creating and delivering training programs, offering effective support, and enhancing user capabilities, ensuring optimal digital system utilization and troubleshooting
Experience in business analytic tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Lookers etc.
