POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

• Plan, manage and monitor the operations and maintenance work, utilities billing process, and ensuring the work done is according to the specified maintenance standards; best practise and quality to ensure the serviceability and reliability of facilities as well as operational efficiency and cost optimization and comply with local/international regulations and legislations for safe and efficient airport operation and maintenance.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• To manage, inspect and monitor natural gas distribution system and LPG system operation and maintenance works for MA Sepang according to compliance, standard, regulations, act, guidelines and other certifications required.
• To support Resident Electrical Engineer (REE) on electrical safety best practice and compliance for airport system in accordance to standards, act & regulation.
• To process and verify Engineering Utilities Billing for MA (Sepang) comprises of billing from Air Selangor / TNB / GDC / ACES / SEIDO / Others, etc.
• To ensure all recoupment charges issued to customers/ tenants within the given datelines, and in timely manner. Recoupment charges comprises of Electricity / Water / Chilled Water / Sewerage / Solid Waste / PCA&GPU / Maintenance Cradle / TRS / IBC Bandwidth (In Building Coverage) & Network Charges.
• To liaise with Finance Division, Legal Department, Customers/ Tenants and others related stakeholder for any variance of billings and attentive to customer complaint.
• Develop, review, and enforce the operation and maintenance to ensure highest level of system availability and reliability.
• Adhere with Company\'s policies, procedures, guidelines, local/international regulations, quality management system, EMS, OHSAS, and any other certifications.
• Prepare timely and accurate reporting for the assigned airport systems and facilities.
• Plan, prepare and implement the yearly budget (OPEX and CAPEX) in cost-effective manner
• Develop staff competency and skill in order to improve the effectiveness of operation and maintenance activities.
• Analyze technical and financial data and recommends for continuous improvement action.
• Coordinate effectively and timely during any crisis and emergency situation.

Key Challenges

• To ensure timely and accurate issuance of utility billing and utility report submission to the respective stakeholders
• Effectiveness on the utilization of IT tools i.e. SAP, BMS and SCADA

Relevant Industries

Internal

• Preferably a Member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia, Registered with Board of Engineers of Malaysia
• A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in engineering executive role

External

• Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.0 and minimum 3 year relevant experience.
