In charge and manage and prepare monthly payroll calculations, benefits and leave and communicate back to group HR for their processing.
Assist the Director to recruits, interviews and hires new staff in the department.
Assist to oversees the daily workflow of the Restaurant operations department.
Work with Group HR to provides constructive and timely performance evaluations for restaurants staffs.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements and conducting investigations
Work with the Director to handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Work with the Director to collect attendance records for the month and to submit to group HR.
Ensure act as the company representative to ensure to to communicate, to adhere and to enforce the company policies and practices to the staffs.
Act as independent party to resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation while engaging with the group HR for guidance and advisory.
Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
Any other matters delegated by your superiors.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum Diploma with HR payroll experience
Have at least 2 years working experience managing HR in food & beverage or retail industry
Excellent interpersonal skills with able to communicate in english/malay and mandarin/cantonese
Ability to professionally address all the concerns issues pertaining to staff matters and able to work with diverse Group HR and other stakeholders
High emotional skills to deal with customer and staff.
Able to multitask and remain claim in stress conditions.
