The Senior Executive/ Executive - Marketing, is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role involves assisting in the creation of marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline marketing initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing marketing performance. The Executive works closely with the manager and other departments to ensure all marketing activities are aligned with business objectives

Drive Digital Marketing:
Manage and execute our social media strategy, digital advertising (Google/FB/IG/TikTok) to boost online presence and generate leads.
Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring timely delivery aligned with marketing plans.
2. Digital Marketing & PR:
Team Coordination:
Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and overall business objectives.

Customer Feedback:
Collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys, social media, and other channels to inform future marketing activities and improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirement
:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years - 4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Experience with campaign management, content creation, digital marketing, and social media strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and collaborate effectively with internal teams, store staff, and external partners/agencies.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Proactive, flexible, and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
