Job Summary and Mission Supports the recruitment function to implement strategic staffing goals to attract, develop and retain a high-quality diverse workforce for Starbucks\xe2\x80\x99 operations. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles Summary of Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: 1) Partners with hiring managers to anticipate and deliver recruitment requirements based on future business needs and expectations; and implements all recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, selection, employment checks, job offer, etc. 2) Works in a team to identify sourcing channels to ensure high volume and high quality candidate pipeline such as referral programs, online platforms, campus outreach, collaboration with learning/education institutions, recruitment agencies, networking, etc. 3) Tracks recruitments KPIs and compiles recruitment-related reports. 4) Has working experience in handling foreign worker management, which may include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Work permit/Employment Pass applications, insurance and other benefits administration; \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintenance of HR data of foreign workers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with cross functional teams and 3rd parties related to hostel/lodging, transportation, and other matters. 5) Implement and support hiring activities and events which include attending career fairs, sourcing and deployment of seasonal gig workers or casual labor. 6) Performs other ad hoc hiring duties when required. Short-term hiring assignments will also be assigned from time to time. Summary of Experience - Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the area of recruitment. - Strong understanding of the F&B/retail/customer service industry. - Experience in handling foreign worker management Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated, results-driven with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi- task. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creative problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint with good presentation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to maintain high level of discretion in handling and maintaining confidential information. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resource management administration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work in a fast paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to travel across Malaysia.
