team, is seeking a

Senior Executive - Sales Support

to assist the Manager - Export Sales in daily operations, including generating quotations, coordinating with dealers and designers, and supporting sales and site-related activities.

What you'll be doing



As a

Senior Executive - Sales Support,

your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Sales & Client Support

Conduct regular meetings with dealers, sales teams, and designers via Zoom or video calls. Attend sales or site-related appointments independently or with team members. Provide updates on project progress and follow up on quotations. Review and discuss discount structures with your superior for tenders and projects. Track and report individual sales targets.

Sales Support Tasks

Prepare quotations, material specification lists, sample boards, and related documents. Record and maintain discount structures for proposals and tenders. Coordinate sample stock and approvals for materials and drawings with clients. Compile and brief contract and operations teams on newly secured jobs. Follow up on client orders and payment collections. Attend meetings, visits, and site inspections as required.

Design & Drawings

Support the design team in preparing drawings when necessary. Collaborate with supervisors, designers, and detailers on design, space planning, and technical requirements. Ensure drawings meet client requirements and deadlines.

Other Responsibilities

Carry out additional tasks assigned by the immediate superior as needed.

What we're looking for



Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines with self-discipline and time management. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Good knowledge in Interior Design Product and Drawing. Basic knowledge of interior space planning; proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software is an added advantage. Knowledge of interior design products and drawings is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
