Key Responsibilities

1.Maintenance & Operations:

Supervise maintenance of laboratory facilities including HVAC, electrical, water, and gas systems. Ensure all laboratory equipment operates according to required standards. Develop preventive maintenance and repair schedules.

2.Vendor & Contract Management:

Oversee external contractors for maintenance and repair work. Evaluate vendor performance and ensure cost-effectiveness. Prepare maintenance cost reports and facility budget summaries.

3.Safety & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health standards. Develop and maintain emergency response plans. Ensure laboratory facilities comply with safety audits and environmental regulations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facility Management. Minimum 3 years of experience in facility and equipment maintenance. Knowledge of laboratory operations, HVAC systems, utilities, and support infrastructure. Familiarity with safety and environmental compliance standards.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
