Job Description
:
- Overseas the Retail function (Premium Resellers, Resellers, MBE, Service Points & Retail Portal / App)
- To focus on cash collection ensuring that the collection target is achieved
- To monitor overdue debts consistently, prioritizing problem debts accordingly
- To send out statement of accounts to all customers
- To investigate and allocate unmatched cash received
- Reconcile cash collections from all Premium Resellers, Resellers, MBE, Service Points partners
- Verify and calculate the commission payouts for the appointed agents based on the agreed commission rate
- Close cooperation with the Retail team, Sales team on various discussions and business partnering
- Improvement of Retail processes:
b) Retail (general) \xe2\x80\x93 auto remuneration / commission statements
c) Retail (general) \xe2\x80\x93 auto issuance of official receipts
d) Retail App - auto reconciliation of eCredit, Retail App accounts / COD & FOD net off monitoring
e) Premium Resellers - better monitoring of licensing fee, to send alert notification when licensing fees expire
f) Premium Resellers - CN/DN issuance (to automate sending of supporting document to PR)
Requirements:
- Sound professional experience in finance at least for 5-8 years
- Completed business (technical) university degree with a focus on finance / controlling
- Outstanding cost awareness and affinity for numbers
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel, Power point. Added advantage if know SQL or other IT tool
- Strong conceptual thinking/mind-set required to develop and operationalize processes
- Flexibility and ability to handle pressure
- Software skills (SAP)
- Meticulous and attentive to details
- Inquisitive and analytical
