Job Description


Job Title: Senior Executive, Finance, Human Resource & Administrative Job Location: Site Office - Rafulin FMS (Selangor) Sdn Bhd, Cyberjaya. Job Summary: Responsible for the preparation of Financial Accounting and Management Reports, reviewing Company\'s Internal Control and submission of Company\'s Tax. Responsible for Business Budget & Plan for the company & reviewing the company\'s expenditure against Budget. Responsible for monthly subsidiaries books and reconciliation, maintaining of General Ledger and Processing of payments in the ERP system. The role will also be responsible for assisting HR transactional activities in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, reward, performance management and resignation of employees. The role will contribute to continually improving the value of HR and administrative contribution to the business. Finance & Accounting Prepare financial accounting statements, reports statistics, and other information necessary for effective management and control of business in a timely manner. Adhere to internal & external compliance in preparing the monthly closing of account, financial and management reports. Coordinate company\'s Business Budget & Plan. Ensure that all company\'s expenditure is within the Budget. Processing of invoices and payments. Monitoring of all incoming payments. Maintaining of General Ledger. Liaising with external auditor for year-end audit of financial statements. Facilitate in Company Annual Tax Return submission & estimation. Assisting in any other accounting activity as and when it is required. Human Resources & Administration Monitor and update staff movement report/tracker inclusive within the Company. Maintain all incumbents\' across the company are updated and completed. Ensure smooth candidate sourcing, selections and interviewing process when requires. Maintain all on-boarding related documents. Ensure the calculation for overtime claim are accordance to the company policies, proper supporting documentation and authorization. Ensure payout follows the SOP or work process lay out. Monitor compensation & benefits function which are not limited to medical insurance, leave administration, outpatient medical and staff claim. Ensure staff welfare and others entitlement are administrated in accordance with terms and conditions of employment. Facilitate in staff event/gathering (Townhall, Birthday & Festive Celebration, etc.) Supervise administration function mainly on asset maintenance. Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or equivalent Preferably 4-5 years of working experiences. Preferably 3 years in Finance/Accounting with 1-2 years in Human Resources. Strong knowledge in employment law and statutory. Highly motivated and able to work independently.
