Job Description
1. Scope of ResponsibilitiesSenior Executive MIS - day to day Finance duties related to Management reporting for all entities under Senior Finance Manager.2. Primary Duties
- Assist in drafting Financial Statements and ensure compliance with the accounting standards and procedures.
- Assist in draft budget and forecast packs.
- Load budget and forecast packs into planning portal and reconcile numbers.
- Reconcile monthly Management accounts vs Books.
- Prepare monthly Liquidity cashflow forecasting and trapped cash report to be submitted to Group Treasury.
- Prepare and coordinate for the completeness of all account reports for the annual financial audit.
- Prepare monthly BS reconciliations.
- Prepare Fusion bank reconciliations for all bank accounts under PSEA Singapore, PEPS SB.
- Update monthly KPMG tax tracker.
- Integrate and/or consider Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (QHSSE) elements in all activities to ensure company\xe2\x80\x99s QHSSE objectives and targets are met.
- Undertake any other duties as required by the Senior Finance Manager from time to time.
