For more information, please visit https://univers.com/ Senior Executive, Finance (To be based in Malaysia) Responsibilities: Intercompany Matrix / Confirmation - Liaise with counterparts across global in deliverables required across Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Japan) Intercompany Billing - Cross billing across R&D, Trade & Non Trade Departmental Overheads Allocation Operating Expenses Actuals - Ensure costs are captured correctly in Dynamics based on Accounting standards Project forecasting - Liaise with Project Managers to compare actuals VS forecasts and future costs allocation R&D Reporting (including timesheet submission) Monthly Reporting submission Ad-hoc tasks when required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent At least 3-5 years of relevant finance experience, including Financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to diverse stakeholders Experience working in the technology industry is preferred Experience working in an international business environment Experience in Microsoft Dynamics and advanced in Excel is a plus Candidate with short notice period is a plus
