Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Responsible in book keeping, performing data entry and related duties.
  • Responsible for accounts payable including preparing payment voucher, checking invoices and etc.
  • Maintaining proper filing and keeping accounting records, notes, listing and other supporting documents.
  • Preparing audit schedule and report as requested by external auditor and resolving audit query.
  • Any other ad hoc task as and when assigned by your superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting with at least 1 year of working experience in handling partial set of accounts.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Offices.
