For this position, the incumbent must have analytical skills and be able to propose sales strategies to obtain sales and handle cargo agents under their respective protections.
Key Accountability
Managing Market & promote sales of cargo to maintain shipper /agent relationship by regular visits and discussion with agents.
Perform and formulate market rate and agents specific arrangement rates in line with market demands.
Managing agents and sales performance to ensure contractual sales agreement and commitment are complied.
Managing customer monthly report and evaluate any revise of monthly rates involving , control agents rate request in line with market
Introduce and implement company new product and services in line with market situation.
Qualification & Experience
Degree in any related field, Diploma in any related field
Special / Professional Certificate: Logistic and Air Cargo
Years of Experience :
Degree at least 2 years of working experience in logistics industry.
Diploma at least 3 years of working experience in logistics industry
High school Certificate (SPM/STPM) 5 years working experience
Area of Experience :
