The Senior Executive - Full Stack Developer is responsible for supporting the design, development, testing, and maintenance of in-house software applications. The role involves hands-on programming across both front-end and back-end components, ensuring quality, functionality, and performance. The individual will work closely with team members to deliver business requirements while continuously improving coding practices and application reliability.
Principle responsibilities & duties
Develop and maintain web-based applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
Participate in application coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
Assist in API integration and data exchange between systems.
Collaborate with business analysts and QA testers to understand and implement functional requirements.
Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
Support the DevOps team in CI/CD activities, deployments, and version control.
Perform system troubleshooting and bug fixes in a timely manner.
Keep accurate records of technical documentation and user guides as required.
Participate in Agile sprint planning, daily standups, and reviews.
Continuously learn and stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to development work.
Minimum job requirement (education & experience)
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in full-stack software development.
Exposure to Agile software development methodology and life cycle.
Experience in building or maintaining internal systems or applications is preferred.
Knowledges, skills and abilities required
Working knowledge of both front-end and back-end development (e.g., .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, jQuery, React, Angular).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, relational databases (e.g., SQL), and version control systems like Git.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization is a plus.
Good analytical and debugging skills.
