To coordinate with ID consultant in the submission and approval of renovation plans. Comments and review concept design and technical drawing submission for retail lot. Coordinate with architect and M&E consultant for the submission of M&E renovation plans by tenants and to ensure tenant obtain the necessary approval prior to commence work on site. To conduct handover of demised premises to the incoming tenants and vacant possession to the outgoing tenants. To conduct meeting with tenant and their contractors to familiarize with site conditions, fit-out and safety regulations and authority requirements. To conduct daily site inspection for shop renovation work and to ensure tenant's renovation works meet the relevant compliance and comply with the prevailing authority requirements. Coordinate with the internal departments (Leasing, engineering, OSH & security department) for issues related to tenant's fit-out work. Conduct daily check for work on site to ensure renovation work meet the relevant compliance also to monitor work progress and conduct pre-opening inspection when a tenant complete their renovation work prior opening. Update fit-out status in the weekly fit-out meeting and update progress report.


Job Requirement


At least 4- years experience in retail fit-out or equivalent. Minimum post graduate diploma or professional degree in architecture, interior design or equivalent. Exposure to current design trends preferably in retail or commercial design. Proficient in design software and tools. Competent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu. Ability to manage several designs & fit-out projects simultaneously. Good interpersonal skills and demonstrate ability to work as a team.
