As one of major Solid Waste Management company, we are dedicated to creating a safe and compliant working environment. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Health Safety and Environment, Executive (HSE) to join our team.

Position Overview:

As our Safety Executive (HSE), you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our safety management systems. Your role will include:

Safety Management:

Develop and implement safety protocols; conduct audits and inspections.

Risk Assessment:

Identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.

Training & Awareness:

Lead safety training sessions and develop educational materials. Ensure staff are aware, well-informed, and capable of implementing safety measures.

Incident Management:

Investigate accidents and incidents; maintain accurate records.

Compliance Monitoring:

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and prepare compliance reports.

Emergency Preparedness:

Develop and implement emergency response plans; conduct drills.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with industry best practices and recommend safety improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. Relevant experience in a safety role; certifications like DOSH, NIOSH. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and safety management software. 3 years of experience are required.
