Critical Success Factors

• Must have ability to plan, direct and supervise staffs.
• Through understanding of the theory, philosophy, principles, practices and objectives of housekeeping and landscape management.
• Support departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
• Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of the Housekeeping and Landscape Team with an emphasis on training and teamwork
• Initiative, persistence, creativity, and the ability to inspire the best in others.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversees and directs all areas of the Housekeeping and Landscape department, develops and implements operational strategies and policies for efficient operation of the department and adherence to Quality Service Standard
• Provide professional customer service, assist with tenant\'s problem resolution and ensure satisfaction.
• To provide direction and leadership in guiding supervisors in allocating work and roster duties for personnel and ensure efficient time management to maximize productivity.
• To ensure legal compliance of all job requirements and related status
• To ensure supervision, discipline and work ethics over all housekeeping and landscape personnel and formulate
• Responsible on the checklist and monitor the housekeeping inventory and stock such as cleaning equipment, chemicals, tissue rolls and etc.
• Operate within departmental budgets through effective stock and cost controls and well managed schedules
• Monitor the outsourced cleaners and gardeners to ensure work is performed and deployment as specified.
• Responsible for records data regarding work assignments, personnel actions, and time cards, and prepares periodic reports.
• Prepare monthly report and manpower report.
• Responsible for housekeeping and landscape management of the office towers.
• Recommend housekeeping and landscape policies, principals, measures, procedures, plans and guidelines
• Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain and order supplies and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
• Examines building to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment, and makes recommendations to management.
