Manage the full cycle of recruitment process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
Assist the Director to manage the human resources activities according to the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s value, culture and in alignment with the company policy.
Manage all activities related to the timely preparation of payroll.
Assist the Director with employment actions, including discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Assist the Director to oversee and manage a performance appraisal exercise of the organisation.
Plan the corporate annual training plan (TNA) and dealing with non technical training provider when necessary.
Work closely with Director and Heads of Department to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Represent the company in group request and audit on matters relating to Human Capital of Destini Prima in analyse and forecast and presentation.
Performs all other related duties and ad-hoc assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resource Management, business, administration and/or equivalent.
At least 4 Years and above experience of related job roles. Experience as HR Generalist is an added advantage.
Have experienced liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies on matters related to human resources.
Have full spectrum of HR knowledge, payroll, Malaysian Labour Laws, statutory requirements and prevailing human resource practices.
Excellent oral, written and inter-personal communications skills, adapt at dealing with and engaging people at all levels.
