Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll software) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training coordination.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with statutory and company requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation to support management and operational needs.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and engagement programs across departments.
• Provide administrative and advisory support to ensure smooth HR operations and employee experience.
• Coordinate disciplinary or grievance processes in accordance with company policy and the Employment Act 1955.
