Company : Sime Darby Auto Performance Sdn. Bhd. Resourcing & Recruitment: Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules Conducts interviews up to Senior Executive levels Arranges interviews for management levels Prepares Letter of Offer to selected candidates and Letter/email of Rejection to unsuccessful candidates Conducts exit interview Training Administration: Complete the monthly report as requested by Divisional HR Assist in conducting TNA and the relevant costing for MPlan or any reporting requirement Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees Ensure timely submission on HRDF claims to maximize claim amount and report accordingly Welfare/ Employee Relations: Organizes corporate events such as company\'s dinner, corporate trip, family day etc Ensures compliance of COBC by coordinating the needed training and recording/filing completion rate by employees Assist in any IR-related matters and investigation HR Administration: Ensure accuracy in Payroll administration and timeliness of payroll detail submission to DXC HR Reviews, updates and maintains proper filing of insurance policy, HR handbook, company organization chart, performance appraisal form and training schedules. Provide data for planning and preparing of HR Report, annual Management Plan to the management Administers the HR procedures and/or SOPs and ensure the adherence by employees Assist in handling monthly payroll process and yearly IR8A forms for employees Assist in monitoring and ensuring that employees performance appraisals are completed and verified by all HODs within the timeline given HR Projects : Execute HR projects assigned by superior eg. JD review, preparation of Company On Boarding communications etc. About us : Sime Darby Auto Performance Sdn Bhd (SDAP) is the official importer of Porsche vehicles in Malaysia, taking over the local operations since 2010.
