Job Description

Company : Sime Darby Holdings Berhad Job Responsibilities: Manage the full cycle of recruitment and employment processes across all levels within multiple departments including job posting, screening & shortlisting, conduct interview, employment letter preparation, on-boarding etc. Responsible for end-to-end of company\'s talent programme activities e.g., Prot g , internship, scholar placement etc. Manage the full cycle of resignation processes that aligned with internal policies and procedures e.g., acceptance of resignation letter preparation, exit interview arrangement, staff exit clearance etc. Creation of new staff information into HR system and administer proper filing of new staff\'s personal file upon hiring. Administer the internal staff movement e.g., confirmation, transfer, secondment and prepare relevant letters. Attend to incoming enquiries from employees which related to rewards and benefits e.g., mobile phone registration, petrol card, medical claims, payroll matters etc. Assist in supporting other assignments and company\'s events as and when required e.g., employee engagement, team building, annual dinner etc. Responsible for recruitment and resignation dashboard to monitor manpower fulfilment rate, staff attrition rate, recruitment cost etc. Consolidate and prepare internal and external reports e.g., Risk and Compliance report, Monthly Manpower Reporting, MyStep, etc. Job Requirements: Minimum a Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent. At least 5 years of working experience in relevant field, especially in Sourcing & Recruiting. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills, team player and dynamic person. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and independently. Well verse in Workday HR system is an added advantage.
