This role will be responsible to supporting and managing overall aspects of the Human Resources functions. Planning & Staffing Manage and support the staffing process (i.e. recruitment, on-boarding, etc) Conduct induction program for new employees Employee Relations Ensure that all employees are aware of the HR policies and procedures in place and respond to related inquiries Attend to employees\' grievances and provide guidance Advise management on resolution of employee relations issues Handle disciplinary matters Plan and organize engagement activities for employees Training and Development Maintain up-to-date training records Coordinates any in-house/ external/ public training Manage and support in HRDC applications Payroll and HR Administration Support the processing of monthly payroll Handle HR administrative task (i.e. health insurance, parking claims, staff meals, staff leaves, etc) Maintain up-to-date information of employees in the HRIS Ensure all personnel files are kept up-to-date Maintain records of benefit plans and employee statistics for government/statutory reporting/audits Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Human Resources and/or have taken short courses in Human Resources OR equivalent combination of education and experience A minimum of 3 years\' relevant working experience Sound knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act & Labour Laws and Grievance Procedures Fluency in English (written and spoken) Outspoken personality- love to meet and communicate with people Independent, and ability to maintain confidentiality Well organized with strong time management skills
