s:

  • Assist in monthly payroll processing for drivers/riders team with a high degree of accuracy and ensure timely processing of payroll in compliance with the regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Check and balance for month end payroll process to ensure payroll was done properly without error
  • Familiar with local labour law regulations
  • To assist and liaise with statutory bodies on matters relating to EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF if necessary.
  • Responsible for tracking and updating the employee data, Attendance & Leave Management (MC, Annual Leave,, emergency, and etc.), Confirmation, resignation & etc.
  • To manage HR Letters such as offer letter, confirmation letter, extension letter, transfer, verification and addendum letter
  • To assist on IR letter issuance such as show cause letter, termination letter, letter of undertaking
  • Assist in to update monthly claims reimbursement for all drivers/riders including independent contactors.
  • Assist in maintaining, updating and liaising with Insurance provider for all staff
  • Assist in ensuring that all timekeeping concerns are attended on time;
  • To assist labour court/office case
  • Maintain Employees\' Personal Files & Record employee information such as offer letters, movement, exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records;
  • To support the department in daily functions of HR and administration duties, on-going HR projects and initiatives.
  • Other related tasks assigned by immediate superior (as and when needed)
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Requires at least 4-5 years of working experience in payroll for this position
  • Must have experience managing payroll via any payroll systems
  • Multi-tasking, careful, attention to details, strong integrity, sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good understanding of HR processes and is familiar with current employment rules and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll system is a must.
