Senior HR Executive
plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and compliant execution of HR operations and reward management. This position is responsible for managing payroll, compensation and benefits, HR systems, and employee records, while supporting employee engagement and welfare initiatives. The role also contributes to HR compliance, data analytics, and continuous process improvement within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD, etc.)
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including annual reviews and claims management
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRIS for accuracy and compliance
Support employee engagement programs, welfare activities, and internal communication initiatives
Ensure HR compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
Prepare HR-related reports and analytics to support management decision-making
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operational efficiency
Assist in audits, HR policy reviews, and other ad-hoc HR projects as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or rewards management
Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements
Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized with a high degree of confidentiality
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
