MohonKelayakan

  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in Management, Human Resource or any relevant discipline
  • 10 - 15 years of experience as HR generalist at divisional level with exposure and understanding of business strategy and decision making.
  • Understanding of the Employment Act 1955, Labor practices, Industrial Act 1967 and other relevant law pertaining to employment
  • Strong knowledge in salary structure and development, benefits and compensation, survey/benchmarking and job evaluation systems
  • Work co-operatively with others in order to achieve objectives
  • Continuous improvement of the HR services to keep up with the changing HR practice trends, market dynamics, and legal & statutory requirements
  • Meticulous with strong numerical and analytical skills
  • High level of integrity in managing confidential information
Tanggungjawab
  • Develop and implement HR policies, initiatives and services, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Selection, Manpower Planning, Reward Management including Employee & Industrial Relations, to ensure efficient and effective service to the internal stakeholders within Geomatika and to provide sustainable and quality talent supply to support Geomatika\'s business objectives.
  • Managing end to end process of training & development including HRDF application & succession planning.
  • Develop HR policies, systems and procedures are in place to support the business, legal and statutory requirements.
  • Identify areas for improvement to ensure an effective implementation of performance management and alignment between individual and business needs.
  • Forecast the manpower requirement and implement manpower planning initiatives to ensure optimised workforce and increased productivity to support Geomatika\'s organisational structure and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement the reward management framework in Geomatika\'s to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness to attract, retain and motivate the employees.
  • Implement and administer end-to-end sourcing processes to ensure that the manpower requirements are met.
  • Oversee the advisory and counselling on HR matters and act as internal customer service to enhance employee relations and discipline.
  • Undertake other such reasonable duties as required by the company.
