Vacancy Description This role will beresponsible to handle full cycle of payment processing, closing of accounts and preparation of monthly accounts and financial statements. Tasks & Responsibilities 1.1. Assist in consolidation of result for budget, group projections and other ad-hocreporting required internally and externally. 2. Assist in closing of accounts and preparation of monthly accounts and financial statements. 3. Handle full cycle of payment processing. 4. Carry out bank and/other reconciliations. 5. Ensure application and compliance of internal controls and operating procedures. 6. Handle day-to-day data entries andmaintain proper accounting records. 7. Handle administrative matters of theDepartment. 8. Filing of documents in accordance withproper filing indexes. 9. Assist in audit, taxation and bankingmatters. 10. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time. Accountabilities 1.1.
