KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Lead the network administrator team in providing support services, administering the operations, management, and security of the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) and Operational Technology (OT) networks through the timely provision of quality ICT services to maximize availability and cost-effectiveness covering the following areas:

• Wide Area Networks (WAN)
• Local Area Networks (LAN)
• Wireless LAN (WLAN)
• Internet Facilities:
• Firewalls
• VPN Gateways
• Network monitoring system

2. Lead the Data Centre administrator team in managing and administering operational function of the Data Centre environments in SEB to ensure the Data Centres are operating in tip-top condition 24x7 covering the following areas:

• Power systems (AC, UPS, PDU, Distribution Board)
• Cooling systems
• Floor and rack space requirements
• Fire protection system
• Physical security (CCTV & Door access system)
• Infrastructure monitoring systems (IMS)
• Temperature and humidity
• Cabling and labelling

3. Lead in planning, procurement, renewal of all ICT network and data centre's related projects and contracts.

4. Monitor the deliverables of support services within the unit scope to meet SLA and be in compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines.

5. Provide technical writer development of guidelines, procedures, manuals, glossaries and other types of documentation.

MAJOR CHALLENGES OF THE JOB:

• Manage the network/ data centre team to ensure minimum downtime for the SEB ICT WAN, LAN, WLAN, EHV and Internet.
• Manage the network team/ data centre to ensure IT network security controls are implemented according to approved IT network security policies.
• Perform all tasks in line with the Information Security Quality Manual (ISQM) and the ISMS roles and responsibilities procedure and Information Governance Policy Suite and Guidelines.
• Maintain minimum downtime for SEB Data Centres and SEB network during implementation and maintenance.
• On-standby as operational support for SEB Data Centres and SEB network 24x7.

QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT with at least 6 years of IT relevant working experience and at least 5 year of data centre support responsibilities.; OR
• Diploma in Computer Science / IT with at least 10 years of IT relevant working experience and at least 5 year of data centre support responsibilities.

SKILLS:

• Advance knowledge of end-user (network client) hardware and software in the IT industry/market.
• Advance knowledge of network design principles and data communications theory especially core protocols.
• In-depth knowledge of the organisation's IT network design, technologies and products and End-user technologies and products.
• Working knowledge of the organisation's IT processesthe Group's IT PPGs, standards and security policies.
• Working knowledge of power (AC, UPS, PDU, Distribution Board) requirements;

a.Data Centre management techniques.

b.Data Centre security, cooling and other environmental requirements and products.

• Very good technical skills (application and operating system hardening, vulnerability assessments, security audits, TCP/IP, intrusion detection systems, firewalls, etc.)
