KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• To perform sustainability strategic analysis for corporate wide
• To perform sustainability business need analysis
• Developing sustainability reporting analysis from concept and business case
• Developing training material, structure, and content for communicating sustainability policies, guidelines, and programs
• To communicate sustainability policies, guidelines, and programs to internal & external parties
• Implement training/workshop on sustainability policies, guidelines, and programs
• To monitor and review the effectiveness of the communication platforms
• Maintaining the sustainability corporate website & developing draft response to any inquiries
• Support Positive Stakeholder Engagement via positive stakeholder interactions, resulting in collaborative stakeholder relationships
• Strengthen communication systems by coordinating interactions with stakeholders in relation to the dissemination and collection of information on sustainability matters
• Identifying relevant partnerships and collaborations that will bring value to the organisation\'s sustainability initiatives.
• Communicate effectively via clear, reliable and consistent messages on sustainability by translating complex concepts to become understandable to generalists and wider circle of stakeholders as well as able to differentiate communication approaches to suit stakeholder needs.
• Identify interrelationships between actions and outcomes as well as understand potential causes and dynamic factors that can impact variety of sustainability objectives in order to build resilience and adaptability

• Keeping up-to-date with global sustainability trend
• Working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute communication and content strategies
• Understanding the target audience and creating content
• Evaluating the effectiveness of communication and content efforts and making data-driven decisions
• Managing limited time and resources while delivering impactful content

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Degree in Sciences, Engineering, Social, Business or Environmental Sciences from universities and institutions of higher learning recognized by the Company
• 5-8 years working experience in the developing and communicating strategic analysis and management
• Strong writing, editing, and project management skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and strategically

Preference will be given to internal candidate.
