KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Facilitate the submission of periodic and ad-hoc submissions to regulatory authorities or relevant government stakeholders.
• Prepare raw materials of information and figures for the crafting process of replies to Questions and winding up speech for DUN Sittings.
• Administer an updated Corporate Information Database.
• Administer an updated Government Stakeholders Database.
• Administer GR portal and archives of information and data.
• Prepare contents for GR talks and presentation slides.
• Draft outward external correspondences and write-ups for internal broadcast.
• Manage team compliance on internal policies, procedures and SOPs.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• A recognised degree in political science, law, management, business administration, mass communication, social science or other relevant discipline with at least five (5) years of working experience with three (3) years involvement in government liaison, government protocols, issues management, event organising and business writing.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES:

• To perform all tasks in line with the Information Security Quality Manual (ISQM) and the ISMS roles and responsibilities procedure.
• To perform all tasks in line with the Information Governance Policy Suite and Guidelines.

Preference will be given to internal candidate.
