Job Description

Job Purpose The incumbent shall provide, among others, effective administration, coordination and execution of all integrity strengthening programs and work closely with various stakeholders in instilling the culture of integrity and good governance.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To facilitate and coordinate MDEC Integrity Campaign and/or related integrity strengthening programs to enhance the practice of good values, ethics, and integrity in the organization.
• To analyse trends as well as prepare reporting of all executed programs and monitor/assess the performance and propose improvement for existing/ future programs.
• To prepare articles/ inputs of reading materials for integrity strengthening for publication, printing, distribution to all employees.
• To facilitate in driving awareness and engagements campaign among internal stakeholders to ensure buy-in and embracing integrity values.
• To provide support in the establishment and implementation of MDEC\xe2\x80\x99s Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP) and Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) 37001:2016
• Update Head of Unit on any matters/ issue related to integrity strengthening program and ensure necessary action is taken on the feedback provided on the program, for improvement purposes.
• To provide assistance in ensuring the exercise of best governance mechanism within the organization. As and when required, the incumbent is expected to provide advisory to the Business Unit on matters related to governance.
• To undertake any function/ project/ work as required by HOD/ HOU from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in related filed such as in law, audit, industry relation, risk with at least 5 years of working experience.
• Good understanding and knowledge on National Anti-Corruption Plan (NACP), Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act, Organization Anti-
• Corruption Plan, Integrity & Governance, Anti-Bribery Management System and other related laws and regulations.
• Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO) by MACA; or
• Certified with any professional qualification/ certification from the Malaysian Institute of Integrity (IIM) and/or other associations will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in governance, risk management, and compliance.

• Meticulous analysis in examination of facts and documents. Able to connect the dots in the assessment of evidence and during the fact findings process.
• Strong drive to guide and motivate others to speak up the truth and act with integrity.
• Strategic and analytical insight with the ability to connect the dots.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Knowledge in conducting performance evaluation and change management principles.
