Job Description

• 2-3 years of related experience in inventory, procurement, logistics, and or warehousing.
• Exposure to the trading or import-export sectors, either in FMCG or retail will be a value added, but not necessarily.
• Good knowledge of purchasing best practices and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with complex data sets, modern systems and MS OFFICE.
• Can do spirit, able to coordinate multiple tasks, excellent team player.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Assist the Supply Chain department that manages the full spectrum of logistics activities from the supply of goods from local and foreign manufacturers to the packaging and distribution hubs in Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Work with the marketing teams and department head to anticipate and balance demands for sales, orders and optimal stock levels,
• Monitor and review the delivery standards and service quality of manufacturers and service providers (e.g., freight forwarding, packaging materials, packing and warehousing and delivery)
• Oversee the entire inventory management, capacity planning, imports/exports, and warehousing.
• Assist department head for managing warehouse operations and improvements (receiving, storage, packing, finished goods). Hands on role on daily operation tasks and work alongside with team member and making sure daily transaction is fully completed with high accuracy and good result.
• Handling PO placement process & ensure goods on-time deliveries (internal / external suppliers)
• Manage the suppliers or service providers to discuss issues and performance.
• Handling retail outlets inventory and POS system.
• Prepare and consolidate report on supply chain/Inventory monthly performance and establish action for improvement.
