Job Summary
Responsible for investment operations and treasury functions, corporate actions, investment linked funds valuation, as well as ensure timely reporting of investment transactions for local statutory and head office reporting.


Key Responsibilities

• Daily end-to-end investment transaction processing and authorization on a timely and accurate basis and in compliance to internal controls/policies.
• Corporate actions monitoring, ensure instructions from Fund Managers are acted upon and provided to custodian/counterparties on an accurate and timely manner, maintenance of corporate actions in systems.
• Daily cash management, placement of excess funds to ensure liquidity is efficiently managed and in compliance to internal controls/policies.
• Month-end closing of investment accounts, preparation and submission of investment related reports and handle user enquiries.
• Support accurate and timely daily investment-linked funds valuation.
• Support process and system enhancement relating to investment operations and treasury functions.
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.

Key Requirements

• Candidate possess at least Certificate/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy related discipline.
• 4-5 years of experience with exposure in Corporate actions/Investment operations in financial institution/bank/insurance company.
• Thorough understanding of deal settlement, corporate actions, cash and position reconciliation and valuation.
• Experience in using SAP preferred.
• Have a strong sense of urgency, commitment, teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
