About the Role
Join our growing QHSE team! We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Senior Risk & Compliance Executive
to support the QHSE Manager in maintaining and improving ourISO Integrated Management System (IMS)
(9001, 45001, 14001) and ensuring operational and legal compliance across all projects, including Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and Solar EPC projects.Key Responsibilities
Lead
IMS implementation, internal audits
, and continual improvement initiatives. Conduct and overseeoperational risk assessments
for T&D and Solar projects. Monitor and ensure compliance withlegal and regulatory requirements
(e.g., DOSH, DOE, CIDB, TNB GMR). SupportQHSE reporting
, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and performance reviews. Collaborate with project and operational teams to identify and mitigate risks.Requirements
Education:
Degree in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), Engineering, or a related field.Certification:
ISO Internal Auditor certification (at least one standard).Experience:
Minimum5 years in QHSE, risk assessment, or compliance
, preferably in EPCC or construction projects. Strong knowledge ofMalaysian EHS laws
and project risk management practices. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Able to work proactively infast-paced, project-driven environments
