About You A Project Management Office (PMO) is a team or department that sets and maintains standards for project management throughout an organization and maintains the standards of project management for a company. You may need follow the best standard practices to help operations: go smoothly. You also need to retains the documentation and metrics for executing projects and is tasked with ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your Day-to-Day 1. Job Scope Coordinate ITSO & Technology projects roll-out and manage the project deployment timeline. The project has no limit, including a new / relocation / closed center with all kinds of IT hardware peripherals related requests. Managing the internet line request on all aspects including new / relocation / upgrade / termination request. Managing and procuring resources related to the projects, ensuring timely deliveries. Keeping track of the project timelines, implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Using a project management template to track project performance and schedule timeline. Conducting risk assessments for the projects. Organizing and participating in meetings / discussion within internal and external parties. 2. Reporting Maintain and report update the project status into project management Report progress to the project stakeholders. Ensure that good communication channels are developed and maintained with other key areas within the project. 3. Personal Development and Teamwork Demonstrate flexibility in operating as part of a team. Demonstrate an awareness of personal development needs and actively participates in self development activities. Understand and support the performance management process. Is aware of and complies with all company policies. Last but not least, collaborate with the Management, undertake any other duties or projects that may be reasonably required by the Management or that may be reasonably foreseen through proactive role engagement and deal with matters arising in a timely and effective manner. Your Know-How Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent, preferably in an IT-related field of study. PMP or Prince2 certification is good to have. 3 years on IT project field with agile project management concepts is point added. Experience working with IT/Network Support team is more preferred. Experience with people communication skills set. Experience working with different departments and countries. Demonstrated ability to independently time manage, and deliver to deadlines. Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through project analytic/risk. Numerate and with excellent use of English/Malay.
