Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and manage a wide range of legal documents, including commercial contracts, tenancy agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and other related agreements. Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting the company. Provide legal guidance to business stakeholders across multiple areas such as corporate, commercial, regulatory compliance, employment matters, data privacy, dispute resolution/litigation, and matters relating to emerging technologies (Cloud, SaaS, AI, etc.). Maintain an organized contract repository and support legal documentation for corporate exercises, including due diligence processes. Liaise with internal departments and external legal firms on legal issues, disputes, and advisory matters.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) as an Advocate & Solicitor or in an in-house legal role. Strong background in corporate, commercial, litigation, banking, leasing, and property-related matters. Highly disciplined, responsible, and self-driven with a dynamic and proactive attitude. Able to work independently, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in mandarin is highly preferred

Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
