Sephora Malaysia is looking to recruit an Logistics Executive/ Senior Executive.

Missions and Responsibilities

The Omni Channel Logistics Executive/ Senior Executive manages and monitors the end-to-end logistics operations in the Omni channel warehouse (3PL), domestic and overseas transport and last mile delivery to customers both B2B and B2C.

This role requires development and implementation of best-in-class logistics and inventory policies and procedures with the objective of delighting the customer. Driving strict inventory policies and procedures both in warehouse and stores, delivery accuracy and best in class lead times with 3PL/Transportation providers are required. All to be managed within a target operating cost and improvement year on year of operating costs in a high growth environment, considering future needs and capabilities.

Key Tasks:

Managing and coordinating with the 3PL for Sephora Warehousing, Transport (domestic and freight forwarding) and fixture merchandising:

• Communicating business projected volumes related to warehouse operations in the retail, online and fixture movements.
• Supporting new stores openings related to stock arrival deadlines and fixture requirements.
• Managing and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, including all the documentation, system updates.
• Liaising with Procurement and Planning teams to plan inbound and outbound operations priorities.
• Managing complaints, claims and quality issues both with suppliers, stores and customer service team.
• Liaises with Procurement team on inventory integrity issues driven from supplier / brand
• Working on last mile delivery opportunities to unlock best in class customer experience.
• Working with respective internal and external stakeholders on follow-up on performance gaps/issues with 3PL.
• Familiar with shipping incoterms.
• Reviewing future needs, demands, capacities and capabilities required.

Managing and guaranteeing accuracy of inventory at 3PL:

• Conducting monthly meetings with 3PL/transport providers to review performance service levels, costs and KPIs and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensuring inventory accuracy

99.5%. * Managing stock reconciliation between SAP and 3PL WMS.

• Monitoring correct execution of interfaces.
• Managing specific flows impacting DC stocks and stores stocks (stock transfers, return to warehouse from stores, Adjustments Disposals, return to vendor).
• Managing and performing yearly full stock takes across 3PL.
• Monthly reporting and analysis of store stock movements.
• Ensuring all audit requirements related to stock integrity is maintained and captured.

Continuous improvement relating to logistics:

• Key SAP user related to logistics functions.
• Contingency planning for logistics related tasks.
• Reviewing SOPs with 3PL.
• Initiating and implementing process improvements plans with our 3PL/Transport providers to drive down cost and improve efficiencies year on year.

• You have a minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, ideally in retail including e-commerce, FMCG or Medical Industry.
• You have a Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• You have SAP experience as required by the role.
• You have strong quantitative analytical skills & computer savvy:

• Ability to analyse, draw conclusions, and execute appropriate actions in response to data
• Advanced Excel capabilities required
• SAP and WMS experience
