• Responsible to analyse and plan daily harvesting transportation for DTC, Coops, 3PL and forklifts.
• Coordinate and monitor daily delivery schedule, based on approved transport list, update relevant parties on any unfulfillment of delivery.
• Provide reports pertaining to vehicle usage for petrol, diesel, idling, Touch & Go, repair and other miscellaneous cost in a monthly basis. Prepare monthly budgeting based on analysis of vehicle usage report.
• Responsible for the submission of documents to relevant parties in the event of vehicle accidents for claim purposes.
• Collate related documents for preparation of driver trip record, advance salary, and final payment to HR before payroll cutoff date.
• Work closely with relevant parties on overtime, claims, salary slip, and any other matters related to staff benefits.
• Provide any related documents of purchasing requisition, i.e. CAPEX, Purchase Order to Purchasing Department for further processing.
• Closely monitor vehicles assignee and usage of petrol consumption. Process transfer of vehicle assignee if any.
• Ensure that all renewal of all vehicle\xe2\x80\x99s road tax, insurance, summon, weighbridge license is processed and renewed on a timely manner.
• Check 3rd party transportation invoice before submitting for payment process.
• Process application for any lost or damage Shell Card for all DPDC Segari staff.
• Enforce compliance of vehicle Safety & Health procedures according to the guidelines.
• To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain
• At least 3 years of experience in the role of Logistics Executive
