KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Manage Corporate Business Support including mailing service, telephonist service, concierge function, Long Service Awards and Retirement, distribution of staff entitlements items, operates efficient and effectively for Central/SCORE Region including Sibu Regional Office, Sarikei Regional Office, Mukah Power Generation (MPG) and Balingian Power Generation (BPG) or Bintulu Regional Office and Power Station, Murum Power Station and Bakun Power Station to meet the requirement of stakeholders in accordance with Company\'s policy, standard practices and procedures.
  • Identify Corporate Business Support (CBS) operational issues at Region and provide input/solution promptly to ensure efficient and effectiveness of CBS daily operation and meet stakeholders\' expectation.
  • Perform monitoring, controlling and ensuring in compliance with Company\'s policy, procedures and guidelines and standard practice for company owned quarters, replacement of furniture and cafetaria.
  • Ensure procurement process for replacement of furniture and cafetaria operation are in compliance with SEB Procurement Policies and Procedures (PPP).
  • Process and review of Sarawak Energy Tenancy Management (SETM) application based on TACOS and ensure the completeness of staff accommodation tenancy data in SETM system and tenancy processes are in accordance to the standard practice for Central Region.
  • Ensure timely review and process of the monthly rental payment and reconciliation for staff rented accommodation to be submitted to CBS focal person.
  • Initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control and reporting within approved budget, schedule and scope based on Corporate departmental and divisional balanced score card and KPI and responsible for effective cost optimization and internal control for regional administration.
  • Ensure effective coordination in providing services to internal and external stakeholders and Introducing continuous improvement to the existing process and practice and system
  • Design process and procedure and internal control for monitoring and reporting.
  • Timely preparation of RFP/tender /quotation documents for floating, evaluation, recommendation and presentation of recommendation and timely preparation of management papers, progress report, SAP reports within agreed timeline.
  • Supervising and monitoring a team of respective location of Region CBS staff (clerks and non-executives) and conduct site /progress meeting (with minutes) for control and monitoring of region task to ensure work results/objectives are met.
  • Compliance with Corporate design, quality, HSE & EIA requirements and participate in TQM, 5S and safety activities.
  • Actively deliver all above in-line with operational excellence, digital & commercial excellence.
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in related fields from a recognized University/college with 6 - 8 years relevant working experience, and high proficiency in oral and written English and good working knowledge of SAP (including PS & MM modules), Microsoft Office, Power Point, etc. will have an added advantage.
