KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Develop, identify, plan, organize, and implement the value optimization initiatives within the whole value chain of SEB Group.
• Lead the strategic analysis, planning, and execution for the value trackers identified in Annual Business Planning.
• Develop and implement credible plans, ensuring alignment of strategic plans with organizational goals.
• Coordinate and formulate commercial strategies in the development and review of tariff structures and commercial terms for Power Purchase Agreement/Power Exchange Agreement.
• Identify, analyze, and formulate business solutions for the performance issues within and across the business units of the organization.
• Analyze and evaluate new growth opportunities, such as new ventures, acquisitions, and/or divestments of assets to support the organization's corporate objectives.
• Integrate and align the organization's value chain with commercial objectives in the development of contracting strategies.
• Actively involved in Commercial, Operational Excellence, Project Delivery Excellence, and other KFAs.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Law, or equivalent field with minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience.

Preference will be given to internal candidate.
