Job Description
Responsibilities Senior Executive - Group Governance and Risk Management Job Responsibilities: Assist Manager in managing risk across the Group, which include but not limited to . Establish, maintain and administer the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management framework and drive risk management initiatives across the Group\'s operations. . Perform risk assessment: inclusive of facilitating risk assesment workshops, follow-up on risk identified and effectiveness of mitigation controls/activities, updating risk registers and preparation of reports for the relevant governance forums e.g. to the Risk Management Committee. . Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding best internal control practices that minimize risk to the organization . Work closely with other functions to formulate policies and procedures to to strengthen risk management activities and practices within the Group . Provide support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization. . Adhoc administrative / project assigned from time to time. Requirements Requirements . At least a Bachelor\'s Degree. . Strong communication skill in both oral and written English. (Mandarin is a plus to liase with operations in China). . 3 years of relevant experience in risk management. . Self-starter, resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
